By using House Label, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using House Label, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

House Label is a platform for independent musicians that provides: - Grant Finder — AI-powered grant matching from 100+ sources - Grant Redactor — AI-assisted grant application drafting and form auto-fill via browser agent - Royalty Tracker — Registration guidance and status tracking across collection societies - Presskit Generator — Electronic press kit creation and hosting - Song & Release Catalog — Music catalog management with ISRC/UPC tracking - Knowledge Hub — Verified Q&As about the music industry Features may be added, modified, or removed as the platform evolves.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use House Label. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. House Label is currently in invite-only beta — access is granted at our discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to House Label, including your profile information, project descriptions, uploaded files, and grant application drafts. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

House Label uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude API) to generate grant application answers, bios, and other text based on your profile data. Anthropic does not use API data for model training (see anthropic.com/policies/commercial-terms). AI-generated content is provided as a draft and suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before submission to any grant portal or organization. House Label does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Browser Agent (TinyFish)

The Grant Redactor feature uses a browser automation agent (TinyFish) to navigate grant portals on your behalf. By using this feature, you acknowledge that: - You must have a valid account on the target grant portal before using auto-fill. - The agent acts on your behalf with your explicit approval at each step. - House Label is not responsible for any issues arising from form submissions on third-party portals. - You are responsible for verifying all information before final submission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: - Use House Label for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data - Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform beyond normal use - Submit false or misleading information in grant applications - Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

House Label is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that grant information will always be accurate or up to date. House Label is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed deadlines, unsuccessful grant applications, or data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@houselabel.io. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
